Support shaped around your brain.

Four clear pathways — work with one, or combine them. Specialist ADHD-focused support for adults, trauma and anxiety therapy, neurodiversity-informed parent coaching, and help bridging understanding between families and mainstream schools so neurodivergent children are truly seen.

For Professionals & Leaders

ADHD-Focused Support & Executive Function

Specialist, lived-experience-informed support for adults navigating ADHD — especially professionals, founders and leaders in high-demand roles. I know firsthand that ADHD affects every aspect of life, not just concentration. We focus on the systems that actually move the needle: time management, task prioritisation, emotional regulation, memory systems and sustainable workload management. Available online worldwide or face-to-face in Clitheroe.

  • Time and energy management that respects your brain
  • Task prioritisation and decision frameworks
  • External memory and capture systems
  • Workload, boundaries and burnout prevention

For Families & Schools

SEN & School Advocacy — The Bridging Approach

I carry significant experience working with children who struggle in mainstream classrooms — those who are autistic, ADHD, PDA-profile, dyslexic, school-avoidant or simply not thriving inside a one-size-fits-all system. My bridging approach is about helping both families and mainstream schools understand what these children truly need, and challenging the old-fashioned classroom approaches that so often fail them.

Whether it is translating your child's needs into language schools can hear, or supporting teachers to rethink rigid, outdated mainstream classroom systems that create trauma rather than learning — I work to build genuine understanding and practical change on both sides.

  • Helping families and schools understand a child's real needs
  • Preparing for SENCO, EHCP and annual review meetings
  • Challenging outdated mainstream approaches that cause harm
  • Reasonable adjustments and reducing school-based trauma
  • Supporting families through school refusal and EBSA
  • Attending meetings alongside you so your voice is heard

A voice in the room

You don't have to walk into school meetings alone, and schools don't have to stay stuck in outdated thinking. I offer preparation, written input, and (where possible) attendance alongside you — so your child's needs are heard clearly and without apology, and schools are supported to change what isn't working.

UK SEND system specialism; international families welcome for preparatory and advisory work.
