About your therapist
I'm Kayleigh Morrison — a BACP Registered Psychotherapist with over 20 years' experience across mental health, social care and therapeutic leadership. My practice is deliberately dual: I still work as a Registered Service Manager for Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation, so the strategies I teach are tested under real operational pressure — not just in theory.
I am a trauma-informed specialist, trained in DDP & PACE, and my ADHD support is rooted in lived experience. I know firsthand that ADHD affects every aspect of life — not just concentration — and I bring that understanding into every session alongside professional, evidence-based frameworks.
